Reporting and Analytics

The StayFit Plan offers a variety of reports.  Reporting delivery and methodology as well as timing are contingent on the types of services and programs selected by the client.  Participant reporting includes online AHA outcome report as well as biometric screening results (also available at the time of screening for onsite and offsite screening).  Employer reports include participation, health coaching, and biometric screening, AHA— all in aggregate for HIPAA compliance. Annual clinical consultative reporting is also provided to support program review and operation plan recommendations for the next program year’s cycle. Timing of reports again is contingent on the overall timeline and operating plan created for the client. 

 

The StayFit Plan provides an economic impact analysis for wellness programming based on the client’s population health data, participation and engagement and risk migration. Measurement is critical to determining program success. The StayFit Plan creates a client specific operating plan that helps to track all relevant data points. We work with all of our clients to track year over year results from both the AHA (and HRA) and screenings.

 

The StayFit Plan is able to interface and/or share date with other vendors and can transfer files via secure ftp exchange. StayFit Plan is able to integrate/interface with carriers as long as appropriate BAA is in place and file specifications can be mutually achieved. ROI Reporting is provided at the client level and is dependent upon programs purchased and determined frequency by the client, but generally annually.
