The StayFit Plan offers flexible biometric screening options through onsite, Patient Service Centers (PSC), and Physician Form administration services. This flexibility allows us to accommodate a variety of logistical and geographic needs for each of the clients.

We are able to add additional screening services to meet our client’s unique screening requests, but as a consultative partner, we highly recommend cost effective and efficient screening solutions that will yield the highest value. The StayFit Plan focuses on the four critical health indicators that drive 75% of today’s costly chronic disease: Llipid panel, Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure and Glucose.

Other vendors may offer a variety of extensive chemistry panels that include diagnostic testing. Our philosophy does not promote this type of extensive testing as we believe this should only be performed by an individual’s personal healthcare provider as part of the physician’s diagnostic role. A well formulated wellness program should not disrupt the medical home model, but rather foster and improve the physician-patient relationship.

Health Screenings

Onsite health screenings use a finger stick methodology which is 98% accurate as compared to a venous specimen. Patient Service Centers (PSC) use a venous specimen. Many of the PSC can accommodate blood pressure and weight for Body Mass Index calculations eliminating the need for self-reporting.

Individuals who participate in onsite health screenings receive their results immediately. PSC participants receive their results online and via US mail within 10 business days. 

Post screening counseling is the highest value-added activity of your biometric screening program. StayFit offers additional Health Coaching services that can be added to your screening event to provide the important “teachable” moment that helps participant better understand their biometric results and how they can improve their health.

Personal Physician Form

StayFit can easily accommodate and facilitate physician visit collection of customized forms for the employer. We have processed thousands of forms for a variety of clients. Generally the data is upload within 2-5 business days and available for viewing on the member dashboard on the portal. We encourage employers to include a copy of the form in open enrollment packets and the form is also readily available for download on the client wellness portal.
